Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Is the Drinkware dishwasher safe?

No. We recommend that all drinkware be gently hand washed and air dried to preserve its design.

Absolutely!!! We love creating new designs, and would love to work with you to create a design you would like. Feel free to message us and we will be glad to assist you.

Do you provide refunds for items not received on time?

We do not issue refunds for orders not received on time or lost in the mail caused by the courier system (i.e. USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.)
